After graduation Laura decided it was time to break away from the daily corporate grind and pursue her artistic opportunities. She began her career in the beauty industry as a model and actress with representation by the Efendi Agency and San Diego Model Management. She also worked as a makeup artist for Chanel in Beverly Hills, California. Laura has spent over 10 years studying facial structure and esthetics.

After relocating to the San Diego area, she was certified as a micropigmentation specialist, allowing her to practice permanent makeup. Her ability to mesh the esthetic artistic background with the respect for a safe medical environment has enabled her to excel in this precision art form.

She takes a great amount of pride in her work and is in a constant state of refinement, attending annual meetings, conventions as well as continuing educational courses. She is the founder of Da Vinci Dermal Arts Center and she is referred by many esthetic
professionals.
