  Micropigmentation- is a term used to describe tattooing color pigment into the 2nd layer of skin (dermis) for cosmetic enhancements such as eyeliner, eyebrows and lipcolor/liner. This process, commonly know as permanent makeup is a selective art form of traditional tattooing that is skillfully placed to enhance facial features.
